2015 SWALLOW HILLVIOGNIER VIOGNIER;  Alc 13.4 pH 3.4; TA 5.9Single varietal/single vineyard/barrel fermented/light oak.  Released January 2017. Barrel fermented, barrel aged 8 months, bottle aged 10 months. Peaches and vanilla, light acid, round palate sweet flavours- will age well  RTBA

Tank fermented.  Free Run. Released August 2017 -Bone Dry & lively, more savoury than simply fruity, with a serious bite making it a good partner for food ~250 bottles
